RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
(Lands of Strober)
WHEREAS, Joanna A. Strober and Jason Strober, wife and husband, ("Owners"), own
the property commonly known as 14355 Miranda Way, Los Altos Hills, California as
Community Property with Right of Survivorship; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-2.1202 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code ("Code")
authorizes the Planning Director or Planning Commission to require dedication of a right-of-way
of sufficient width to conform to current Town standards whenever a site development permit is
requested for a lot which was created prior to January 1, 1973 and where the driveway or
contiguous road rights -of --way are substandard; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10-2.1202, Owners have offered to dedicate a certain
portion of their property to the Town for right-of-way purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of the right-of-way
dedication satisfies the requirements of the Code and serves an important public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
The Town hereby accepts. on behalf of the public the dedication of the right-of-way
described and depicted in Attachment A hereto; and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Dedication on behalf of the Town.

THIS DEDICATION is made this (I day of�i * , 2006, by Joanna A.
Strober and Jason Strober, wife and husband, ("Owners"), the owners of the property as
Community Property with Right of Survivorship located at 14355 Miranda Way, Los Altos Hills,
California, to and for the benefit of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation
("Town").
Section 1. Owners do hereby offer to dedicate to Town for street purposes that
portion of the real property situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State
of California as described and depicted in Exhibit A attached hereto ("Dedication").
Section 2. The Town hereby accepts this Dedication.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owners have properly executed, and the Town has hereby
accepted, this Dedication as follows:

10 -Foot Street Right of Way Dedication
For Miranda Way over Lot 25 of Tract No. 1286 •�r�- b G
Los Altos Hills, California
All that certain real property in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
A portion of land over Lot 25 as Lot 25 is shown on that certain tract map entitled "Tract No.
1286, Pinecrest Heights No. 2" filed for record on May 18, 1954, in Book 50 of Maps at pages 14
and 15, Santa Clara County Records, being more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Miranda Avenue, said point being located on the
most easterly boundary line of said Lot 25, and more particularly located South 01041120" West,
168.53 feet. from the most northeasterly property corner of said Lot 25, and proceeding along the
following courses and distances:
Thence, along the westerly line of Miranda Avenue, said line being also the easterly boundary line
of said Lot 25, South 0104112011 West, 10.00 feet, to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right,
having a radius of 20.00 feet;
Thence, along said curve, through a central angle of 90°00'00", and an arc length of 31.42 feet, to
the southerly boundary line of said Lot 25, said line being also the northerly line of Miranda Way,
as shown on said tract map;
Thence, along the southerly boundary of said Lot 25, North 88018'40" West, 145.00', to the
beginning of a tangent curve to the right, having a radius of 40.00 feet;
Thence, along said curve, through a central angle of 110°00'00", and an arc length of 76.79 feet,
to the beginning of a reverse curve to the left, having a radius of 40.00 feet;
Thence, along said curve, through a central angle of 110000'00", and an are length of 76.79 feet,
to a point on the most westerly boundary line of said Lot 25;
Thence, leaving said northerly line of Miranda Way, and along the most westerly boundary line of

measured at a right angle, with the common boundary line of said Lot 25 and Miranda Way,
having a radius of 50.00 feet;
