NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION WILL BE HELD ON: THURSDAY, JULY 23, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. The agenda for the special meeting is as follows: 1. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. REORGANIZATION OF PLANNING COMMISSION 2.1 Appointment of New Chair 2.2 Appointment of New Vice Chair 3. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now. Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future meeting. 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS Persons wishing to address the Commission should obtain a copy of the request form located at the table at the back of the Council Chambers and leave the completed form at the podium; this ensures that names are recorded accurately in the minutes. Please limit remarks to THREE (3) minutes. This will assure time for all persons wishing to speak. Also, in the interests of time, please avoid redundancy with remarks made by previous speakers. If a large group wishes to express its views, the group should try to have one spokesperson. If you challenge the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing. Horvitz). 4.3 LANDS OF ZOROUFY; 25711 Deerfield Drive, File #167-14-ZP-SD; A request for a Conditional Development permit for a 1,429 square foot two story addition and a setback variance to allow two (2) required surface parking within the front setback. Richardson). 10.2 LANDS OF ZHANG; 11569 Old Ranch Lane, File #219-15-ZP-SD; A request for a Site Development permit for landscape screening for a new two story residence (approved at the July 22, 2014 Fast Track Hearing). The applicant is also requesting approval of a new swimming pool. CEQA review: exempt per 15304 (b) & 15303 (e) (Staff- N. Horvitz). 10.3 LANDS OF MARCH SIXTH LLC; 14271 Miranda Road, #176-15-ZP-SD; A request for a Site Development permit for landscape screening for a new residence with a bunker garage approved at the December 5, 2013 Planning Commission meeting.
