AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
CSG CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR INSPECTION SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $65,520
WHEREAS, inspection/coordination services are required for 2019 Sanitary Sewer Repair and
Replacement Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the Town of Los Altos Hills did, duly examine and consider the
proposal for required inspection/coordination services for the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Repair and
Replacement Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that the contract be awarded to CSG Consultants,
Inc. in an amount not to exceed $65,520;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract to the above-named
firm on behalf of the Town of Los Altos Hills.
The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a special meeting held on the 21st day of August 2019, by the following vote:
AYES: Spreen, Wu, Corrigan, Tankha, Tyson
NOES: None

ABSTAIN: None
