RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
(Lands of Lam and Stepanov)
WHEREAS, Joelle Lam, an unmarried woman and Maxim Stepanov, an unmarried man, as
Joint Tenants ("Owners"), owners of the property located at 26896 Alejandro Drive, Los Altos
Hills, California; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-2.1202 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code ("Code") authorizes the
Planning Director or Planning Commission to require dedication of a right-of-way of sufficient
width to conform to current Town standards whenever a site development permit is requested for
a lot which was created prior to January 1, 1973 and where the driveway or contiguous road
rights-of-way are substandard; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10-2.1202, Owners have offered to dedicate a certain portion
of their property to the Town for right-of-way purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of the right-of-
way easement dedication satisfies the requirements of the Code and serves an important public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as
follows:
The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public the dedication of the right-of-way easement
described and depicted in Attachment A hereto; and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Dedication on behalf of the Town.
The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of September 2019, by the following vote:
AYES: Spreen, Wu, Corrigan, Tankha, Tyson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

THIS DEDICATION is made this rpf/Iday of , 12019, by Joelle Lam,
an unmarried woman and Maxim Stepanov, an unmarried man Joint Tenants ("Owners"), the
owners of the property located at 26896 Alejandro Drive, Los Altos Hills, California, to and for
the benefit of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation ("Town").
Section 1. Owners do hereby offer to dedicate to Town an easement for street right of
waypurposes and incidents thereto that portion of the real property situated in the Town of Los
""`Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California as described and depicted in Exhibit A
attached hereto ("Dedication").
Section 2. The Town hereby accepts this Dedication.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
LANDS OF LAM & STEPANOV
26896 ALEJANDRO DR., LOS ALTOS HILLS, CA.
The land referred to herein below is situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 28 in Block "M", as shown upon that certain map entitled " Tract
No. 2062, Fremont Hills Unit No. 5" which map was filed for record in the office of the
recorder of the county of Santa Clara, State of California, on July 8, 1959, in book 108 of
maps, at pages 27 to 29, described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet wide, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of said Lot 28;
Thence along the right of Way line of Alejandro Drive as shown on said Tract No. 2062,
S. 31030'00" W., 6.27 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the left;
Thence along said curve, having a radius of 40.00 feet, through a central angle of
28'57'18", an arc length of 20.21 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve;
Thence along said reverse curve, having a radius of 40.00 feet, through a central angle of
97°31'56", an arc length of 68.09 feet to the northerly terminus of the common line
between lots 27 and 28.
Thence along said common line, S. 52°55'22" W., 10.00 feet;
Thence leaving said line, along a non -tangent curve to the right, to which a radial bears
N. 52055'22" E., having a radius of 50.00 feet, through a central angle of 97°31'56", an
are length of 68.09 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve;
Thence along said reverse curve, having a radius of 30.00 feet, through a central angle of
28'57'18", an arc length of 15.16 feet;
