RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AS COMPLETED THE WORK OF THE
"2019 SANITARY SEWER REPAIR AND REHABILITATION PROJECT",
AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director/City Engineer of the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town")
has, in writing, made and filed in the Office of the City Clerk his notice or certificate certifying
that the work under contract described as the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Repair and Rehabilitation
Project, has been completed in conformance with the Plans and Specifications for said project, and
has recommended that said work be accepted as complete and satisfactory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
that:
. Section 1. The above-described work as mentioned in the notice of the Public Works
Director/City Engineer is hereby accepted as substantially complete, and the appropriate officer of
the Town is authorized to release the remaining retention concerning the above-described work.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, notice of the completion of said project within ten (10)
days from the date of this Resolution.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of December 2019 by the following vote:
AYES: Spreen, Wu, Corrigan, Tankha, Tyson
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
