3. Review & approval of Minutes of:
a. Sep 23, 2019 - M® moved and VM seconded that we approve the minutes as
corrected. (AB, a®, ND, M®, BE, BM, VM, JN, ISP)

5. Announcements/Updates
Town Staff Updates
i. Altamont Plunge - Current path is not in the road right of unsay. Asada to
be surveyed. Thea will read to approach the home owner again. This will
not be completed ire -house. May reed to move the current plan. Will work
with VM to adjust plan when more information is available.
ii. Redwood Grove - Have ars agreement to survey for the Redwood Grove.
Staff hope to have survey done before early December. Staff will meat
with La staff to review the path after survey. Thera might be one more
switch back added to the proposed plan.

• Schedule for Planning Commission and City Council review of remaining
unresolved areas - no updates
• Maintenance and Enforcement Issues
I. Update on blocked paths - The code enforcement staffer is new and will
be following up with the open issues.
• GIS map update
I. This is under the planning department so Nicol does not know for sure but
she believes they hope to have it finished before the end of the year.
There was discussion about which side of the street paths will appear on
in the GIS system. It is unclear if this will be possible. This topic will be
agendized for a future meeting.
6. New Business
Property Review
i. 26696 ®ezahara Way (New Residence, A®U, File ®19-0071) Preferred
side is the other side. ®ezahara is not designated a two sided street and
is sufficiently inside and quiet. A pathway fee is recommended. M® moves
that we accept a pathway fee. VM seconded. approved unanimously.

ii. 13210 La Cresta ®r. (New Residence, File ®19-0073) There is an old
foo'tpa'th on the La Cresta side of the property. AD moves the we ask the
homeowner to restore the path to 213 standards. ND seconded. approved
unanimously. (AB, AD, ND, M®, BE, BM, VM, JN, RP)
iii. 25533 Hidden Spring Ct (New Residence, File ®19-0074) This is an
undeveloped property. This is a small public street with fens homes. There
is a path on Altamont. M® moves that we accept a pathway fee. VM
seconded. approved unanimously. (AB, AD, ND, M®, BE, BM, VM, JN,
RP)
iv. 25750 Vinedo Ln. (New Residence, A®U, File ®19-0076) Pathway is on
the opposite side on Vinedo. AD moves that we collect a pathway fee. M®
seconded. approved unanimously. (AB, AD, ND, M®, BE, BM, VM, JN,
RP)
v. 25720 Carado Ct. (New addition, File SD19-0077) Small cul de sac with 3
homes. a® moved that we collect a pathway fee. M® seconded.
Approved unanimously. (AB, a®, ND, M®, BE, BM, VM, JN, RP)
vi. 12170 Dawn Ln (New Residence, File ®19-0073) Only 6 homes on this
court. Very clear sight line. There is an approved potential path on the
back corner of the property. It is not known if other easements Tong this
proposed path are held by town yet. a® moves that we ask for an
easement for the off road path on the back corner and ask for a pathway
fee. M® seconded. It was approved unanimously. (AB, a®, ND, M®, BE,
BM, VM, JN, RP)
7. Gild Business
Review of Master Fath Plan areas Fending Review at Planning Commission
and/or City Council:
i. PWC Resolution and Vote on proposed path for Story Hill Lane 6 Page
Mill Rd. Connection - BE gave a presentation regarding the Story Hill 6
PageMill Connection summarizing all of his many hours of research. M®
moves that we approve E's recommendation on slide 36 Titled Eliminate
and Retain. AD seconded. approved unanimously. (AB, AD, ND, M®, BE,
BM, VM, JN, RP) M® moves that BE presents and represents the PWC to
both the FC and the TC. VM seconded. approved unanimously. (AB, AD,
ND, M®, BE, BM, VM, JN, RP) It is not clear if town staff noticed the
current property owners that this would be discussed tonight. The
property owners will be noticed when this goes to the FC and TC.
ii. Northcrest Ln. between Chive Tree Ln. and Stonebrook - AB read a
section of the CC&R for the subdivision that there is some mention of
bridal paths. She will provide the document to staff. It is not clear when
this will go before the TC;. AB, M® and AD will back each other up as it is
unclear when this goes to TC;. JN moved that one of M®, AB or AD will
represent the PWC; when this area goes to the TC;. BM seconded.

PWC; Member Updates on C;IF Project Proposals for 2019-2020
i. Chapin & Robleda (AD) - no report
ii. Edgerton Roadside Path (AB) - AB showed a picture of the regraded
property that is under construction. She does not know horns to proceed as
the lot has been regraded and the plan to pint a path at the top of the
berm is not possible. BE moves that AB asks staff and/or contractor about
possible grading to accommodate the path at the pavement edge. ND
seconded. approved unanimously. (AB, AD, ND, M®, BE, BM, VM, JN,
RP)
iii. Byrne Park Plunge (M®) - M® reported that Nicole found out where the
easement is and that town installed the current hazardous steps. The
steps are not currently in the easement. The easement is on the other
side. staff is looking into horns to resolve this issue.
iv. Foothill Park Connection (RP) - no report
v. La Paloma connections (JN and SM - no report
vi. Altamont to Silent Hills Connection (VM) - might be a maintenance issue.
vii. Missing Segments on Magdalena, Camino Hermosa, Ravensbury and
small segment (BM, ND, and JM - JW and BM presented some scope for
the project defining 4 phases. Next steps is the walk the phase 1 section
and measure and develop a phased plan. BE suggests connecting to
Rancho San Antonio as phase 2.
viii. Foothill park to Byrne Preserve via Story Hill Ln (BE) - presented above.
PWC Proposal and Vote on General Plan amendment for text amendment(s) to
Pathways Element - after some discussion, there is no need to make a change at

this time. Any changes will be addressed when the pathway element is next
updated. M® moves that we do not make any changes to policy 1.1. A

5 Year Plan - Suggestions - no report
