6.New Business
a.Property Review
i.12181 Padre Ct (Lands of Tiwary, Legalization of existing ADU, File
SD19-0018, APN 182-17-054) AD moved to recommend re-establishing a
IIB path along the property line on 12181 Padre Ct. in order to connect to
the off-road path. RP seconded and the motion passed unanimously (AB,
AD, BM, MD, ND, RP, SW, VM) Per PWC discussion, the path is
expected to be in the road ROW.
ii.10728 Mora Dr (Lands of Linebarger, New Residence, File CDP19-0001,
APN 331-15-061) MD moved that PWC recommend a pathway fee for
10728 Mora Dr. SW seconded and the motion passed unanimously (AB,
AD, BM, MD, ND, RP, SW, VM).
iii.10758 Mora Dr (Lands of Linebarger, New Residence, File CDP19-0002,
APN 331-15-062) MD moved that PWC recommend a pathway fee
for 10728 Mora Dr. SW seconded and the motion passed
unanimously (AB, AD, BM, MD, ND, RP, SW, VM).
iv.25251 La Rena Ln. (Lands of Koo, New Residence, File SD19-0022, APN
175-38- 032) PWC had some discussion regarding the eucalyptus trees
bordering the road. Once it was established that they are in the road
ROW and that the Planning Department generally requests removal of
eucalyptuses due to their fire hazard nature prior to final inspection, AD
moved that PWC recommend for the homeowner at 25251 La Rena
to construct a IIB path along the La Rena frontage. MD seconded,
and the motion passed unanimously (AB, AD, BM, MD, ND, RP,
SW, VM).
v.24005 Oak Knoll Circle (New Residence, File SD19-0023, APN
336-25-004) AD moved to recommend a pathway fee for 24005 Oak Knoll
Circle. VM seconded, and the motion passed unanimously (AB, AD,
BM, MD, ND, RP, SW, VM).
b.PWC Review of Environmental Design Committee proposal for fence setbacks
for wildlife circulation - postponed discussion until next meeting
7.Presentations from the Floor - none
8.Old Business - none
9.Open Discussion - MD passed out a paper detailing the current list responsibilities of
pathway members which she is attempting to update. Please let her know if you have
any suggested changes.
10.Reports from Other Meetings
a.VTA Meeting - Susan passed out criteria for VTA projects. The call for projects is
summer/fall.
b.City Council - Steve made a presentation for a tentative schedule for the MPP
updates. He presented a spreadsheet detailing each area with the pathway
committee recommendation, the date to the PC and date to the TC. It was in the
TC packet. RP asked when the CIP pathway projects will go before the TC.
Roger said they will be discussed at the joint FIC and TC meeting at the end of
May. Many PWC member plan to attend.
c.Planning Commission - The committee would like to have someone go to the
planning commission meetings to report back to the committee. RP and BM both
agree it would be good to have a rotating position for a PWC member to attend
the monthly meeting. BM will go to the May meeting.
d.Fast Track - AD gets notifications for FastTrack meetings. She sent a message
regarding a home on Corte Madera to ensure the pathway easement is on the
plans. The easement is 5 ft on this property and 5 ft on the neighboring property
but seems to end short of the road. She did not recall why.
11.Pathway Promotion & Communications
a.Pathways Run/Walk May 11. AD was there last year at a table and frankly not
many people are interested in picking up a map. Mostly she ended up taking
pictures.
b.Earth Day Recap - AB and AD were there. It was a little quiet. The Parks and
Rec Department asked that we have an interactive booth so AD took pictures
with people holding the pathway banner.
12.Topics of Interest
13.Next Pathway Walk: May 18, 2019
14.Next Pathway Meeting: Regular meeting is scheduled to be Memorial Day weekend. BM
mentioned typically we have two meetings in June if needed. There were conflicts for
June 3rd. May 20, 2019 is the best option.
15.Adjournment
