v.JN would like to keep working on finishing La Paloma segments on the

7.Old Business
a.Review of PWC Responsibilities Document
i.MD distributed the current text from the pathway website with some
additions. She asks that members provide their feedback soon so the
website can be updated.
ii.Les Earnest believes the pathway committee is too big and the number of
members should be reduced.
8.Presentations from the Floor
a.Jim Washura suggests we potentially have two kinds of projects going forward.
Long term big projects and smaller missing segments projects, now that
homeowners may not be asked to install paths during development.
b.The homeowner, Cindy Wenig from the Stegner to Country Way code
enforcement issue encourages pathway members to come and see the path
issues. She was not aware there was a pathway on her property and would like
to resolve the issues.
c.Les Earnest passed out a one page sheet. He believes many of the pathway
standards are old and too focused on the equestrian population and should be
changed to meet the needs of the modern population. He believes all pathways
should be paved with a solid surface to better serve walkers, bikers and strollers.

review what was previously proposed in 2016 as this will go to PC in August.
