3.Review & Approval of Minutes of:
a.Oct. 22, 2018 - deferred to next meeting
b.Nov 12, 2018 - deferred to next meeting
c.Sept minutes were not approved back in Oct due to length of meeting and will be
sent out again.

viii.Bridget will bring in some information that she has on the easements and
will share them with staff.

ix.Ann asked about the forms that are sent to staff after a motion and
recommendation is made and can it circle back. This will be added to an
agenda for a future meeting.
b.Maintenance and Enforcement Issues - none
6.New Business a. Property Review
a. New Residence, Lands of Singh and Rasneet, 26303 Esperanza Dr (File SD18-
0059) The home already has path on conception side of the property. There are
other 2B paths that this path would connect. AD moves that we ask the
homeowner to install a 2B path along the Esperanza side of the property.
(Approved unanimously - MD, AD, ND, BE, BM, VM, JN)
b.New Residence, Lands of Yu, 12430 Casa Mia Way (File SD18-0057) ND
mentions that this is a very small quiet street with 4 properties. BM moves that
we charge an in-lieu fee. BE seconded the motion. (Approved unanimously - MD,
AD, ND, BE, BM, VM, JN)
c.Second Unit, Lands of Chang, 12345 Melody Ln (File SD18-0067) ND suggests a
2B path on this property. AD thinks it should possibly be on the other side of the
street and charge an in-lieu fee. BM thinks this might be a situation where we
should collect the in-lieu fee and wait until that whole street can be done on one
side. AD moves that we collect an in-lieu fee. (Approved unanimously - MD, AD,
ND, BE, BM, VM, JN)
d.New Residence, Lands of Luu, 23691 Camino Hermoso (File SD18-0063) ND
suggests we collect an in-lieu fee. AD moves that we collect an in-lieu fee. BE
seconded. (Approved unanimously - MD, AD, ND, BE, BM, VM, JN)
7.Presentations from the Floor
a.Howard Lee wants to know what is happening with the proposed path on the La
Paloma Rd to Robleda off road path. BE responded that he feels this is being
considered for a potential CIP project in 2019-2020. There was some discussion
about the process for CIP projects. BM suggests that BE keep the homeowner
involved so he knows when this path may be discussed at a PWC meeting. This
off-road pathway is near the area of the Atherton Ct unresolved area from the
MPP update and could help resolve this unresolved area. The proposed path is
on the approved map.
8.Old Business
a.Updates from Individual Committee Members on Potential CIP Projects
i.BE is working on the Robleda to La Paloma path. He is talking to various
agencies. Also, he is working on path from Page Mill to Foothill Park.
ii.BM, SW, JN are working on the two paths behind Gardner Bullis School.
Nothing new to report.
iii.BM and ND are starting work on the Magdalena paths.
iv.VM is working on an improved connection Lower arena at West Wind
Barn to Central Drive. Also she is working on Natoma to Elena
connection.
v.Alisa is working on a Page Mill path.

vi.Melissa is working on a Byrne Park path.
9.Reports from Other Meetings
a.VTA Meeting - no report
b.Nov City Council Meeting - none
10.Pathway Promotion & Communications
a.Melissa would like to come off of the Marketing Committee in the new year.
There is a request from Parks and Rec to have a page in the Spring Activity
Guide. We need to propose an idea before Dec 21st. Please let Sonya know if
you have any ideas. Sonya may still be working on the New Years Day walk.
Please let Sonya know if you are available. AD, BE and VM have interest in
helping on the New Year’s walk.
