MASTER PATHWAY PLAN (MPP) UPDATE
Minutes for May 3, 2004
ROLL CALL at 6:13 pm, COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 26379 Fremont Road

Also present: Adhoc committee members Dot Schreiner, Carol Gottlieb
PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR
Dot S. is concerned about the ‘Records Retention Guidelines’ which will be presented at Council
this Thursday. With the upcoming move of Town Hall, there is a storage problem. Actively
needed records will go with the move; records needing to be kept but not regularly accessed will
go to storage at the Barn; at the discretion of Town Staff, other records may be purged. Dot is
concerned that ‘memos of understanding’ and ‘letters of intent’ may be lost in this way. She
would like representative of the Pathway Committee to express these concerns. If done with a
Bullis School commitment, CV will try to attend the meeting. Dot agreed represent the Pathway
Committee in addition to the Ad hoc Committee.

Next special path inspection: Saturday, May 8 at 8:30 am
Next special Master Pathway Plan Update meeting: Monday, May 10, 2004 at 6:00 pm
