a.Barn Update: Tori gave a report that the improvements are coming along. She is busy but will
continue to try to get drawings for the covered arena project. Parks and Rec. really wants this part
of the project to go forward and we have recommended that the Town put up the initial money to
have drawings made up from a contractor bid so we know the scope and cost with the covered
arena. Phone poles, paddocks, native plant plantings March 1st, Oak tree trimming.

c.Purissima Exercise Equipment- Sarah said there are 3 new classes offered on the new equipment
that appear in the Activity Guide.
d.Sr. Programming: Karen Lemes reported that she is still interested in being an Associate member of
P&R and will come to the meetings when she has something to report. She is pleased with the
addition of the new SR/Adult classes in the guide and the change in format that she had suggested,
putting all the items of interest to Seniors in an easy pull out section.
e.Preschool Programming: Nina Sutaria announced that Champa is no longer running the Preschool
programs and that they need to recruit a new member to the committee with younger kids. Both
Champa and her children have started school. She offered to go to the town picnic and gather
names to try to recruit new member to the committee with preschool age children.

looks great! Lots of good photos, new classes, new format. Next Guide out for fall – send in
