26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, CA 94022 1.Call to Order/Roll Call (Quorum = 5) a.Cochairs: Liza Reichert & Nina Sutaria – both present b.Members: Kathy Evans - here, Julia Zarcone - here, Champa Sreenivas - absent, Scott Vanderlip - here, Patty Radlo - here, Ingrid Sperow - present c.Staff: Sarah Robustelli- here, Krystel d.Council Liaison: John Radford e.Associate Members: Yoko Hughes, Kit Gordon, Rebecca Hickman, Helene Karlsson, Val Metcalfe, Jim Basiji, Karen Lemes – present f.Public: Craig Murray 2.Approval of Past Minutes (February meeting) a.Patty motions to accept as written, Julia seconds, unanimous approval 3.Approval of Kjell Karlsson as an Associate Member a.All in favor of appointing as Associate 4.Town Mailer Proposal (Pathways Map & Run) – Scott a.Kathy/Sarah suggest having free maps at Town Picnic b.Julia suggests doing a mailer of map with Activity Guide c.Committee wants to pursue idea, either to be included with Activity guide or Town Newsletter in Fall, Sarah will look into cost further 5.Community Garden subcommittee report – Julia, Scott, Champa, & Ingrid a.Ingrid visited Heritage community garden inauguration b.Subcommittee needs to meet c.Sarah invites Craig to come to Earth Day 6.Par Course Equipment Subcommittee report – Liza, Champa, & Sarah a.Subcommittee met, looked at specific units, foundation for units b.Sarah received quote; ~30k for equipment (8 units), 10k for install c.Sarah will meet with subcommittee again to further refine based off of more feedback from company and committee 7.Pathway Recreational Loops subcommittee report – Scott, Liza a.Met; finalizing the loops and looking into costs for signage b.Julia motions that P&R approved the development of the P&R recreational trail loops, Scott seconds, unanimous 8.Town Picnic: Dot Charts – Sarah a.Idea from conference Sarah attended, requesting brainstorm on possible activities/resources/town element to survey by dot charts b.Patty suggests not putting posters at entrance to avoid gridlock; Julia suggests putting it along food line c.P&R committee members will return with ideas 9.2017 Events: Hoppin’ Hounds – Apr 15 -supplies ordered, volunteers lined up Easter Egg Hunt – Apr 15 -new sound system Earth Day – Apr 23 -continuing to work on vendors, Craig’s tomatoes Pathway Run – May 13 -88 registered so far, Main Street banner to go up, shirt design in 4th of July Parade Hoedown – Sept 9 Barn Lighting – Dec 10.Future Meetings: April 17th May 15 June 19 July – no meeting August 21st Adjourned Time: 7:02pm
