In addition, at a suggestion by others, he will give notice to the exercise not only to Recon team but also to all members of ECC. Neil will forward him the email distribution list. ii.Larry noted he would like to enable non-ham CERT members to listen in to the radio exercises so that they could actually get notified on the actual earthquake or fire alerts. To that end, he would like to place ham radios to those CERT members but with radios programmed to listen only. Neil volunteered to put together for the August meeting a budget proposal on the brand and cost of these radios together with antenna, Mag mounts and extra batteries. iii.Larry said he would set a date for his next exercise event later. b.Co-chairs Dru and Scott’s presentation to Council on June 21 on the annual ECC committee report was well received by Council, they reported.
