We will contact Carl Cahill to request all additional information he has on local ordinances as well as suggested point systems to reward conservation and house size limitation. New Business: The committee met with Brad Blackman, Jerry Schoenig, and Shahla Sheikholeslana re: tree destruction on lots they wish to subdivide on Altamont. They claim no responsibility in the destruction of the trees, but would like to be part of the solution by replacing the three destroyed heritage oaks with 84 inch box oaks. This solution was accepted by the committee and town staff Leslie Hopper and will be listed as part of the condition of approval for the subdivision. Additionally three smaller oaks will be required to replace the other lost trees when new home plans are submitted. There is currently a sheriff’s investigation being conducted to find the culprit. Meeting adjourned at 7:15 PM
