Next Meeting Date: October 19, 2004, 5:30 PM at Bullis School Multipurpose Room.
Note change of meeting date to third Tuesday of month for this month only.
Field Trip Dates: Monday September 20 @ 9:30 AM.
Site Development and Fast Track assignments:
September 21: Neela Shukla
September 28: Sandy Humphries
October 5: Pat Ley
October 12: Liz Goodman
October 19: Robin Robison
Review of Planning Commission Meeting:
No meeting until September 23.
Review of Site and Fast Track meetings:
No significant issues.
Future Commitments: October 3 from 3-5 Newcomers Welcoming Reception. Sandy and
Liz to attend
Old Business:
Neela is continuing to compile the data obtained from surrounding towns into a table
featuring: MDA, MFA, Height, setbacks, levels of approval, and the presence of design
guidelines. It has become evident that Los Altos Hills has the highest MDA and MFA of
the towns researched.
New Business:
During site visits and meetings a question has been asked about over the counter options
(similar to fast track) for permits for water heaters, windows, and minor alterations. We
will examine the viability of this option.
