Review of Planning Commission Meeting: Sandy reported on Lands of JFLP. This two
lot subdivision, where there was tree vandalism, was asked to increase the landscape
deposit to $10,000 and to replace the destroyed trees/oaks.
Review of Site and Fast Track meetings: No significant issues
Future Commitments: None
Old Business:
A sub committee will meet on Monday March 21 at 10 AM to work on the maximum
house size project.
New Business: Pat to research the outcome of the meeting between Mike O’Malley,
Evan Wyeth, and Bill Kearns on the Design Guidelines/ Codes and Ordinances.
A buyer was found for the palm trees on the town hall property. Maureen Cassingham
will research the legal protocol for the sale. This money will assist in financing the new
landscape.
