5. Next Planning Commission Meeting: Thursday July 2
6. Review of Field Trip: This review is to provide information to Board members who
were not on the field trips.
A. Friday, May 22 Site Visit by Pat & MaryAnn
1. See no problem: 26513 Weston Dr…..Hardscape (Owner: Zhao)
2. 0 Taffe Road…New Residence (Owner: Junaid)
See no problem yet: The owner of the whole site, who lives in
Seattle but was present on the 22nd, has 4 lots for
development. The whole area has magnificent old trees
which must be protected. The original homestead was
built in 1915 and should be Added to the Town’s historic
register.
3. 13685 La Paloma Rd…New Residence/Pool /Basement/Cabana (Owner
Taneja)
Recommend to take down all dead Monetary Pines. The
owner should consider moving or selling the 4 huge old
Olives near the present house and in jeopardy.
B. Friday, June 5 Site Visit by Carol, Mary Ann, Wai Lee
1. 14271 Miranda Rd--- Landscape (Owner: March 6th LLC) .
Need mitigation in front of garage, a concrete block: The
landscaping plan was considered inadequate in many
respects.
2. 13112 Maple Leave Ct… New Residence /Pool (Owner: Zou)
See no problem:
3. 2210 Old Page Mill Rd. Landscape (Owner: Chen)
No Access to the property: The plan was also considered
inadequate by the EDP team.
7. Review of Fast Track/Site Development issues were presented by meeting
attendees

May 26, Neela (New Home-13075 Alta Lane –Alta Inc.). Neighbors attended the
meeting to address their concerns about the impact to their property

8. Review of Planning Commission Meeting Thursday June 4, CANCELLED
9. Other Business
a. A very positive review of Pat’s Annual Report presentation by those (Nancy &
Wai Lee) who attended the meeting
b. Approved “The Draft Minutes of the May 12, 2015 Board Meeting
c. The election of Chair person for ED&P Committee in July was broached by
Council Liaison Harpootlian. It was agreed that it should be added to the July
Agenda.
