Other Business a. “The Draft Minutes of the September 8, 2015 Board Meeting Minutes” was approved b. Long dialogue with Suzanne Avila proved to be very useful. Many items were brought-up and answered and problems were aired to the satisfaction of both sides. Before she left Suzanne indicated that other staff members would be happy to come to a meeting to discuss and explain any problems we might have." will address our problems with the information given (or no t given) on maps and plans submitted for our field trips. 12.
