Wai Lee Wong and Neela Shukla were absent. New Residence (Owner N Rajagupalan) Due to a lengthy meeting, we reviewed only the three homes at 10888 and 10800 (2) Magdalena, a three-lot subdivision dating back to 1962. Discussion center upon the access to the property as one lot was accessed the entire length of another lot. Also discussed was the placement of an open space easement over the Oak Woodland area of property, which was also very steep. Recommendation is a part of Town Records at City Hall. Review of the Plan Commission’s Special Meeting March 10: Land of Polyaskov/Sabsovich 25541 Fremont. Two- lot Subdivision – Bassett Lane; Modification of Substandard Lot Development; the amateur ratio and emergency communications antennas; Barron Creed Restoration Project. Review of March 21, 2016 Council Meeting: Lands of Polyaskov/Sabsovich, 25541 Fremont. Nancy asks us to review 28628 Matadero Creek Ct. Hardscape in a Land Space Easement. Their gate was lock on our first visit to the property. Pat reported on her convasation regarding with Suzanne regarding updating the Town Light Ordinance and Tree Ordinance. We are to gain support before bringing the issue forward. Maryann discussed the Heritage Orchard and Farm Equipment. We suggest that Maryann bring a written recommendation for Committee’s approval at the next meeting before presenting it to the Town Staff. Discussed on how to manage Friday field trips. Decision was made to have signed up so that we do not violate the Brown Act and so member do not show up and then have to leave because we exceed the 4 person limit.
