Los Altos Hills Environmental Design and Protection Committee Board Meeting
Tuesday JULY 12, 2016 at 5.30 pm

9. Review of Planning Commission Meetings (7 PM Thursday, July 7) AGENDA:
LANDS OF WILDCREST PROPERTY LLC; 13335 Wildcrest Drive, Conditional
Development and Site Development Permit for a new 4,383 square foot, two-story
family residence. (Passed 4 to 0)
LANDS OF KDCI DEVELOPMENT; 25608 Deerfield Drive, a Site Development permit
for landscape screening for a new two (2) story residence. (Passed 4 to 0)
LANDS OF CHAN; 27150 Julietta Lane, a Site Development Permit to demolish an
existing residence with nonconforming setbacks and construct a new 7,282 square
foot residence. (To re-submitted with new design)
