I. Special Meeting Wednesday October 26, 2016
LANDS OF WALLER; 26105 ELENA ROAD: A request for a General Plan amendment to remove a
path from the Master Path Map and to remove the existing native pathway on 26105 Elena Road. [No]
CONSIDERATION OF A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO UPDATE THE
MASTER PATH MAP to add roadside and off-road pathways in areas that have been
annexed to the town since 2005 and to add pathway connections. [on hold]
II Regular Meeting Tuesday November 3, 2016
LANDS OF KOPP AND NICHOLSON; 27223 Sherlock Road/ A request for a Conditional
Development Permit and Site Development Permit for an Addition to an Existing Garage with a
Reduction of Floor Area for the Main Residence (Maximum Height of 30.75’), a Variance to Allow
Required Parking to Encroach into the Side Yard Setback, and Removal of one Heritage Oak Tree.
LANDS OF DJNH, LLC; 26400 Eshner Court; A request for a Site Development Permit to construct a 756-
square foot pool cabana adjacent to an existing pool and barbeque area with related hardscape
improvements.
LANDS OF GOYAL; 12386 Priscilla Lane; Requesting an amendment to a condition of approval regarding
Light Reflectivity Value (LRV) limitations for a previously approved Site Development Permit for a new
6,242 square foot two story residence with a 3,733-square foot basement and attached secondary dwelling
unit (Maximum height 27’).

Approval of DRAFT October 11, 2016 Board Meeting Minutes
Brief update on Council recommendation on the plan for Bocce court, Gazebo of Town Hall
Apricot Orchard Plan (MaryAnn). Plan for Apricot Orchard has been APPROVED.
Ms. Ko present their responses to ED&P Committee concerns regarding the subdivision. To
be continued on December 13 Board Meeting.
