Committee Dates of Interest & Assignments Committee: Tuesday, May 9, 2017 @ 5:30 p.m. Council: April 20, 2017 @ 6:00 p.m. o Tree Ordinance Letter to be presented – Committee Attendance requested) Planning Commission: May 4, 2017 @7:00 p.m. Field Trips: 4/21, 5/5 Fast Tracks/ Site Development Meetings: Tuesdays: o April 18-Carol, 25-Neela, May 2-MaryAnn, May 9- Pat Brown Act Seminar: May 11, 2017 @ 6:00 p.m. Old Business 1.Update on the Letter to Council regarding Tree Ordinance… a.Carol to present at April 20 Council Meeting 2.Update on the Subdivision Ordinance Revision –Discussed Heritage Oaks Tree Ordinance and Subdivision ordinance differences & Subdivision Committee in reference to Planning Commission discussion. Because it was not an action, we did take a formal; however the consciences of opinion was as follows: That the subdivision and site development ordinances should agree in size of tree to be mapped and saved. Subdivision Committee should include both the Environmental Design & Protection Committee and Open Space Committee to facilitate agreement and would also reduce the hours necessary for each Committee to meet separately with developer. 3.Update the Metal Roof Sub-committee – Planning Commission Couperus will write wrote. 4.Update Committee Charter-in hands of the Mayor.. 5.Update Apricot Orchard-on hold until the City Engineer returns from vacation. New Business 1.Approval of the March 14, Minutes a.Delayed until next board meeting when the minute will be available for review 2.Revision of the review sheets: One for Landscape Review – One for New & Remodel Development a.To be work on in a small group led by Carol. 3.Review of Friday Field Trips (Review findings & provide members not on the trip with detailed information regarding sites visited) March 17: 14161 Miranda Road - Landscape Screening (Owner Brian & Iris Croll).
