2. Future Meeting Dates:
Town Council Meeting: 6 PM Thursday, January 26, 2017
Planning Commission Meetings: 7 PM Thursday, February 2, 2017
ED&P Board Meeting Date: 5:30PM Tuesday, February 14, 2017
3. Next Field Trip Dates: Friday- January 13, 20 2017 remaining date TBD
4. Attendance for Site Development/Fast Track Meetings: Tuesday January 17 (Pat),

5. Review of 9AM FRIDAY Field Trip: (this review is to provide additional detailed information

Board Meeting Minutes of November 1 was APPROVED and December 13 was
APPROVED as Amended
Major accomplishment of 2016
o Records are being kept electronically for Friday Field Trips
o Worked with other committees
Goals for 2017
o Have new members of the Planning Department to understand ED&P
Committee’s purpose
o Work with Planning Director on the presentation of amended tree
ordinance that would included all trees over 12inches in dominator.
o Work with Planning Commission and Staff on a new lightning ordinance for
buildings and landscaping due to the new technologies.
o Support the Planning Commission and staff in making sure the reflectively
value of metal roofs and paint colors are being addressed.
o Have staff review the new state law regarding secondary units and what
can and can not be done.
o Better Written Communication between Committee and Staff
