Old Business:
1. Old Archives scanning and sorting project continues, book 6 completed by Carol Crites,
books 7 and 8 are in progress. Jitze Couperus, Carol Crites, and Joe Heinrich.
2. Oral History Project moving along. Nobuko Clearly did the Morgan's. Nobuko took a camera
person with her to video this interview. Ginger has completed 13 interviews. Ginger Summit
and Nobuko Clearly
3. Street names project continues we had a visitor Kjell Karlsson who lives on Menalto Drive
with information about Menalto Drive he updated and gave history of the street. Diane Brauch
and Catherine Popell
4. Collection of Current History information; Mary Ann Malcolm has a folder for 2013 will file
it in the cabinet at the Heritage House.
5, Heritage Tree Ordinance still in progress, Carol Gottlieb working with the Environmental
Design and Protection Committee. Carol Gottlieb
6. Shed for the Farm Equipment Project update: Mary Ann Malcolm and Linda Swan meet at
the farm equipment site to look over the equipment and shed. Pictures were taken and provided
to the committee so everyone on the committee could get an idea of how the Farm Equipment
and shed appears. Hopefully by next meeting Mary Ann will get an estimate to restore the
Cupola and buckboard. Linda Swan will contact Martin Bernstein who originally
blue printed the plans for the original shed and see if he is interested in blue printing the
extension. Inside the shed we hope to place the Sprayer, one Hay Fork, and one scraper. We
would like to also include Buckboard Wagon if it can be restored (price etc.). Upon restoring the
Cupola we the History Committee would like have this Original Restored Town Cupola put in
front of the New Town Center. A day would be decided during this year to invite the entire
Town to Coffee, Cake, Wine, Crackers etc. TO CELEBRATE RESTORATION OF THE
CUPOLA. A big Thank You to Council Liaison Rich Larsen for getting this shed extension

7. Preservation of Historical Landmarks of Interest working on locating Historical Sites,
recommending the benefits of additional space on lots ( MDA) ordinance proposal change.
