$20,000 donation info – discussed donation and how it is allocated. Carol Crites documented details.
Expenditures – each committee doesn’t have independent budgets, just a shared bucket. Discretion for
how expenses approved

Provided information on Dr Albert Byrne and how this may be a good article for Our Town. Possibly a
larger presentation with the Westwind Barn in 2016

Digital Archives & Website:
Jitze going through old archives for anniversary – requested 5 pictures from each decade.
Les indicated the videos and recordings are uploaded. Need to summarize each recording.
Oral History Project:
Working on 2 additional interviews – waiting for interviewees’ schedules to permit. Committee decided
to vote and approve the policy of “audio only” instead of video and approval of expenses at $100/oral
history interview
Old Business:
Time capsule – buying large time capsule for cupola. Date on time capsule: Jan 27, 2016
60th anniversary dinner – buy tickets before sold out
Preservation one-room school house – owner is interested in preserving. Conversation by committee,
pros/cons. Mary Ann reaching out to Ginger Summit on contractor for Shoup house
December holiday dinner – Dec. 15th 6pm, Potluck.
New Business:
Solicitation for donations – committee discussion on whether to solicit money for “general historical
purposes”
Heritage Preservation Survey – Carol Crites wants committee to be included in survey questions
