4. New Topics:
Planning Project – 12254 Tepa Way
Concern was raised about whether or not anything in the proposed project
would impede the standard top of bank requirement. The plans show a 25’
setback from top of bank. Roger will check into this.
Proposed Joint Meeting
Nancy reported that the Woodside Open Space Committee had called to
invite our Committee to meet with Woodside and Portola Valley’s Open
Space Committees. This idea was enthusiastically embraced and Nancy
will relay this to the Woodside Open Space Committee Chair.
Rodent Control
Kit Gordon gave a report on her efforts to find ways to control gophers
and ground squirrels on the Town’s recreation properties. Three
integrated pest control companies were invited to give their advice. Kit
was impressed with Gophers Limited of Felton, which provides trapping
services without the use of poisons.
