A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING THE SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND
DEDICATION AGREEMENT FOR TEPA WAY SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Los Altos Hills Municipal Code Section 6-4.446, sewer main facilities
may be extended by an applicant in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the
City Engineer at applicant's cost; and,
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills received an application from the property owner at
25051 Tepa Way to construct the Tepa Way Sanitary Sewer Main Extension at applicant's sole
cost and expense for the benefit of residents on Tepa Way; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant does not intend to enter a reimbursement agreement with the Town
but desires to dedicate the Tepa Way Sewer Main Extension to the Town upon completion of
construction; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the application and plans for the project and
recommends that the Council approve the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the
proposed sewer improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills does hereby:
1. Approve the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement as reviewed and
recommended by the City Engineer for the Tepa Way Sanitary Sewer Main Extension
Project.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 21St day of January 2021 by the following vote:
AYES: Tanlcha, Tyson, Mok, Schmidt, Swan
NOES: None

ABSENT: None
