Mayor Radford called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
CALL TO ORDER (4:00 P.M.)

Mayor Radford described the focus/overview for the meeting. He then introduced
Financial Consultant Jim Steele.

3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Study Session Regarding Proposed FY 2018-20 Operating and Capital Budget for
the Town of Los Altos Hills
City Manager Carl Cahill introduced a two-year balanced budget.
Jim Steele, Financial Consultant, introduced the proposed budget with
enhancements.
Council and Committee discussion ensued. After discussion, the following
enhancements were agreed to by the City Council:
