• • <br /> RESOLUTION 62-13 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> ACCEPTING THE TOWN'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,2013 <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills contracted with the audit firm of Vavrinek, Trine, Day <br /> & Co (VTD) to conduct an audit of the Town's financial records in accordance with <br /> Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Statement 34; and <br /> WHEREAS, the annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013 as prepared <br /> by said firm have been completed; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is recommended that the City Council accept the Town's Financial Statements <br /> for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, resolved by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that the <br /> Council hereby accepts the Town's annual financial statements as prepared by Vavrinek, Trine, <br /> Day& Co (VTD) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013. <br /> The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills at a special meeting held on the 12th day of December, 2013 by the following <br /> vote: <br /> AYES: Waldeck, Corrigan, Harpootlian, Radford, Larsen <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> BY: <br /> Gary Waldeck, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Deborah Padovan, City Clerk <br /> Resolution 62-13 Page 1 <br />
