RESOLUTION 62-13
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING THE TOWN'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,2013
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills contracted with the audit firm of Vavrinek, Trine, Day
& Co (VTD) to conduct an audit of the Town's financial records in accordance with
Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Statement 34; and
WHEREAS, the annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013 as prepared
by said firm have been completed; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the City Council accept the Town's Financial Statements
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013;
NOW THEREFORE, resolved by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that the
Council hereby accepts the Town's annual financial statements as prepared by Vavrinek, Trine,
Day& Co (VTD) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills at a special meeting held on the 12th day of December, 2013 by the following
vote:
AYES: Waldeck, Corrigan, Harpootlian, Radford, Larsen
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
