RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
(Lands of Wen Living Trust)
WHEREAS, Rudy S. Wen and Elaine L. Wen ("Owners"), owners of the property located at
26724 Palo Hills Drive, Los Altos Hills, California; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-2.1202 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code ("Code") authorizes the
Planning Director or Planning Commission to require dedication of a right-of-way of sufficient
width to conform to current Town standards whenever a site development permit is requested for
a lot which was created prior to January 1, 1973 and where the driveway or contiguous road
rights-of-way are substandard; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10-2.1202, Owners have offered to dedicate a certain portion
of their property to the Town for right-of-way purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of the right-of-
way easement dedication satisfies the requirements of the Code and serves an important public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as
follows:
The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public the dedication of the right-of-way easement
described and depicted in Attachment A hereto; and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Dedication on behalf of the Town.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills at a City Council meeting held on 16th day of September 2021 by the following
vote:
AYES: Tankha, Tyson, Molc, Schmidt, Swan
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None

THIS DEDICATION is made this 51" day of tj,5't , 2021, by the Wen
Living Trust ("Owners"), the owners of the property located ate 6724 Palo Hills Drive, Los
Altos Hills, California, to and for the benefit of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal
corporation ("Town").
Section 1. Owners do hereby offer to dedicate to Town an easement for street right of
way purposes and incidents thereto that portion of the. real property situated in the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California as described and depicted in Exhibit A
attached hereto ("Dedication").
Section 2. The Town hereby accepts this Dedication.

RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
LANDS OF WEN LIVING TRUST
26724 PALO HILLS DRIVE,
LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA
An easement over that certain real property, situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of Lot 2, as shown on the certain map entitled
"Tract No. 2554 Palo Hills Estates" filed in the office of the County Recorder of Santa Clara
County on November 20, 1959 in Book 113 of Maps at Page 56, as shown on Exhibit `B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said lot, said point being on the Southerly right of way
of Palo Hills Drive; thence along the Northerly line of said lot, being also the Southerly line of
said Drive South 84°33'40" East, 124.22 feet to the Northeast corner of said lot; thence along
the Easterly line of said lot South 00°18'00" East, 5.03 feet; thence leaving last said line, along
a line parallel with and 5.00 feet southerly, measured at right angles from said Northerly line,
North 84°33'40" West, 125.89 feet to the Westerly line of said lot; thence along last said line
North 18°35'00" East, 5.13 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 625 square feet, more or less.
The bearings described are based on the North line of said lot being South 84°33'40" East as
shown on said "Tract No.'2554 Palo Hills Estates".
