RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
(Lands of SA 96 LLC)
WHEREAS, SA 96 LLC ("Owners"), owners of the property located at 13781 Cicerone Lane,
Los Altos Hills, California; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-2.1202 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code ("Code") authorizes the
Planning Director or Planning Commission to require dedication of a right-of-way of sufficient
width to conform to current Town standards whenever a site development permit is requested for
a lot which was created prior to January 1, 1973 and where the driveway or contiguous road
rights-of-way are substandard; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to "Section 10-2.1202, Owners have offered to dedicate a certain portion
of their property to the Town for right-of-way purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of the right-of-
way easement dedication satisfies the requirements of the Code and serves an important public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as
follows:
The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public the dedication of the right-of-way easement
described and depicted in Attachment A hereto; and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Dedication on behalf of the Town.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills at a City Council meeting held on 16th day of September 2021 by the following
vote:
AYES: Tankha, Tyson, Mok, Schmidt, Swan
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None

THIS DEDICATION is made this T day of Avj'v5 f 2021, by SA 96 LLC
("Owners"), the owners of the property located at 14096 Seven Acres Lane, Los Altos Hills,
California, to and for the benefit of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation
("Town").
Section 1. Owners do hereby offer to dedicate to Town an easement for street right of
way purposes and incidents thereto that portion of the real property situated in the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California as described and depicted in Exhibit A
attached hereto ("Dedication").
Section 2. The Town hereby accepts this Dedication.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
LANDS OF SA 96 LLC
14096 SEVEN ACRES LANE,
LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA
An easement for Right of Way purposes over that certain real property, situate in the Town of
Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of Lot 1, as shown
on the certain map entitled "Tract No. 1813 Acacia Acres" filed in the office of the County
Recorder of Santa Clara County on October 31, 1956 in Book 73 of Maps at Page 33, as shown
on Exhibit `B" made a part hereof, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said lot; thence along the Northerly line of said lot
North 79°10'00" East, 6.00 feet; thence leaving last said line along a non -tangent curve to the
right with a radius of 45.00 feet, from which a radial bears South 69°28'32" East, through a
central angle of 23°47'41", an arc length of 18.69 feet; thence along a reverse curve to the left
with a radius of 15.00 feet, through a central angle of 41°24'25", an arc length of 10.84 feet;
thence South 02°54'44" West, 210.32 feet; thence along a curve to the left with a radius of
20.00 feet, through a central angle of 90°00'00", an arc length of 31.42 feet to the Southerly
line of said lot and the Northerly right of way of Fremont Road (formerly West Fremont
Avenue, 60 feet wide), said point being distant thereon North 87'05'16" West, 113.00 feet
from the Southeast corner of said lot; thence along the Southerly and Westerly line of said lot,
being also the Northerly line of said road and the Easterly right of way of Seven Acres Lane
(formerly Guisti Court, 50 feet wide) the following five (5) courses:
1. North 87'05'16" West, 5.00 feet;
2. Along a curve to the right with a radius of 20.00 feet, though a central angle of
90000'0011, an arc length of 31.42 feet;
3. North 02°54'44" East, 210.32 feet;
4. Along a curve to the right with a radius of 20.00 feet, though a central angle of
41°24'25", an arc length of 14.45 feet;
5. .Along a reverse curve to the left with a radius of 40.00 feet, though a central angle of
19119'09", an arc length of 13.49 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 1,295 square feet, more or less.
The bearings described are based on the Northwest line of said lot being
North 79'10'00" East.
