After some discussion, the Planning Commission directed staff to study the proposal and report back. b.Clarification of ordinances – Review ordinances that need enhanced definitions Several items were discussed, but EDPC will not take further action on this topic. APPROVED b.June 22 26425 Aric Lane – SD Permit for a new 1,231 SF first floor addition including attached garage to an existing 3,814 SF two-story single-family dwelling and a new 774 SF swimming pool. APPROVED c.June 29 26455 Saint Francis Road – SD Permit for a new 6,015 SF, single-story residence with a 3,707 SF basement, a detached 792 SF ADU, and a 1,094 SF swimming pool. APPROVED d.July 6 278001 Elena Rd - Zoning Permit for new 6’-0” tall property line fencing and gates. CONTINUED 14330 DeBell Rd - SD Permit for a new 5,253 SF, one-story residence with a 3,358 SF basement, a detached 798 SF ADU and a 924 SF swimming pool with integrated spa. CONTINUED – Approved as of July 13 8.Planning Commission Meeting Report – July 1 a.12900 Atherton Ct – Variance request to allow a 6’-0” tall open metal fence and driveway gate to encroach 10’-0” into the minimum required setback of 30’-0” from the centerline of adjacent road rights-of-way. WITHDRAWN b.11997 Hilltop Dr - request for a 10-year renewal of the Conditional Use Permit for an existing wireless telecommunications facility with no changes to equipment or structures.
