Meeting Minutes

1.Call to Order at 5:45pm
2.Roll Call – Members present: Vijay, Peter, Buvana, Carol, Nancy. Associates present: Kjell.
3.Presentations from the Floor –
a.John Swan – A home might come forward with a heritage tree designation request.
b.John Swan – Special city council meeting on Thursday. Please provide personal input if
any during public comment period.
c.Carol – There is a petition circulation against SB 9 and SB 10.
4.Future Committee Dates of Interest & Assignments
a.EDPC Committee: Tuesday, May 11, 2021 @ 5:45 p.m.
b.City Council: April 15, 2021
c.Planning Commission: May 6, 2021
d.Field Trips: Friday mornings, Carol to coordinate

5.Old Business
a.Landscaping Guide Update – Update by Peter on OSC review and sending to Deborah.

b.Wildlife Corridor Fence Amendment – Still in process. Should be called amendment to
existing fence ordinance.

Buvana, Carol, Nancy)
b.Statement on Fire Safety – Discussed. No official statement.
c.24745 Olive Tree Lane complaint – Staff is addressing issue of non-compliance by home
owner.
d.Request for heritage designation on 100+ year old wisteria @ 25310 Elena Rd – Not
proceeding as home owner did not attend meeting.

27447 Edgerton Rd – SD Permit for a modification to the exterior lighting
associated with the landscape screening plan for a new residence. APPROVED

a.13781 Ciceroni Lane - Appeal of a condition included with the SD Committee’s approval
of a SD Permit (SD20-0083) for a new 6,279 square-foot, two-story residence with an
attached two-car garage, a 519 square-foot detached garage, and a 1,000 square-foot
detached ADU. DENIED
