Associates present: Kjell. 3.Presentations from the Floor – a.John Swan – A home might come forward with a heritage tree designation request. b.John Swan – Special city council meeting on Thursday. Please provide personal input if any during public comment period. c.Carol – There is a petition circulation against SB 9 and SB 10. 4.Future Committee Dates of Interest & Assignments a.EDPC Committee: Tuesday, May 11, 2021 @ 5:45 p.m. b.City Council: April 15, 2021 c.Planning Commission: May 6, 2021 d.Field Trips: Friday mornings, Carol to coordinate e.Fast Track/Site Development Meetings: Tuesday mornings, 10:00 am 5.Old Business a.Landscaping Guide Update – Update by Peter on OSC review and sending to Deborah. Should be called amendment to existing fence ordinance. 6.New Business a.March 9, 2021 Minutes approval. Motion to accept as is. Passed (Yeas: Vijay, Peter, Buvana, Carol, Nancy) b.Statement on Fire Safety – Discussed. APPROVED 14381 Miranda Way – SD Permit for a new 4,999 square-foot, two-story residence with an 1,827 square- foot basement and a detached 800 square-foot accessory dwelling unit. APPROVED b.March 23 27447 Edgerton Rd – SD Permit for a modification to the exterior lighting associated with the landscape screening plan for a new residence. APPROVED 14096 Seven Acres Lane – SD Permit for a new 5,698 square-foot, two-story residence with a 2,906 square- foot basement, a detached 800 square-foot ADU, an 800 square-foot swimming pool, and 570 square-foot cabana. APPROVED c.March 30 25900 Springhill Dr - SD Permit for a 436 square-foot first floor addition and a new 552 square-foot second floor addition to an existing 3,333 square-foot one- story single-family dwelling. APPROVED d.April 6 – CANCELED e.April 13 26724 Palo Hills Dr – SD Permit for a new 5,917 square-foot, two-story residence with an attached 706 square-foot accessory dwelling unit, a 1,000 square-foot swimming pool, and a 400 square-foot pool cabana. APPROVED 25915 Elena Rd - Zoning Permit for existing 6-foot high wall at property line. CONTINUED 9.Planning Commission Meeting Report – April 1 a.13781 Ciceroni Lane - Appeal of a condition included with the SD Committee’s approval of a SD Permit (SD20-0083) for a new 6,279 square-foot, two-story residence with an attached two-car garage, a 519 square-foot detached garage, and a 1,000 square-foot detached ADU.
