Presentations from the floor—Carl Cahill gave a presentation on the removal of farm wagon from Town Hall Property. Was going to organize equipment for display. When found out that it was in bad shape, was going to have Jacob put it at the corp yard. Plan was to keep it at the corp yard, but it fell apart and they put it in the recycle bin. He thinks we need to have a plaques on all of the equipment. Need draft wording for each piece of equipment.—kind, purpose, info that tells what item is. Denise asked if destruction of equipment is normal for town. Is there a procedure or process for moving equipment? Corp yard is where items are stored away from the public. Her concern is that is it necessary have plaque to keep things from being moved around or removed. Jitze mentioned that maybe we need a plaque for the Heritage House to keep it from being repurposed. To keep people from climbing on or tripping, it maybe enclose farm equipment in split- rail fence. Denise—Wants Town to run any actions concerning historical artifacts by the committee in the future.
