JS, RC, KG, WW in favor c.Announcements: i.Foothills Park overrun impacting local neighborhoods 2.Planning a.Planning site reviews i.14096 Seven Acres Lane 1.Motion: GC, PB second, WW abstain. KG, RC, JS in favor •Require the developer to dedicate an open space easement 25 feet from center of the swale at the northern border of the property, as shown on plan. •Care should be taken in any disturbed soil in the swale to prevent erosion. •Remove all eucalyptus and acacia trees from property. •Any perimeter fence should not impeded the flow of water at swale and should be wildlife friendly. ii.27161 W. Fremont Road 1.Motion: PB, JS second •Improve screening to keep golf balls out of the creek. Annual cleaning of creek before the start of the rainy season. •Minimize or remove irrigation and non-native plantings within the conservation easement. •Plant riparian natives in the conservation easement. Willows are recommended, other plants can be found at calscape.org (enter Los Altos Hills, riparian). •Remove acacia from creek corridor (invasive plant). iii.26616 Westwind Way 1.Motion: PB, WW 2nd.
