Mendez and Cathy A. Mendez, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants, have offered to dedicate a pathway easement to the Town on the Lands of Mendez; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of Pathway Easement. { NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as f follows: j i . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of Pathway Easement on behalf of the public. 2.
