At their Regular Meeting othe City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills adopted Resolution #46-03 accepting a grant of pathway easement on Lands of
Mendez. I have enclosed a copy" of the Resolution and signed documents for your
records. The "Pathway Easement" has been forwarded to the Santa Clara County
Recorder for recordation. I will send a copy of the executed documents when they are
returned.

RESOLUTIONNO. 46-03
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS BILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
-ON LANDS OF MENDEZ
WHEREAS, Marco A. Mendez and Cathy A. Mendez, Husband and Wife
as Joint Tenants, have offered to dedicate a pathway easement to the Town on
the Lands of Mendez; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that
Grant of Pathway Easement.
{ NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as

follows:
j i . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the
Grant of Pathway Easement on behalf of the public.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is
hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Pathway Easement.

GRANT OF PATHWAY_ EASEMENT
Marco A. Mendez and Cathy A. Mendez, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants,
(collectively "Owners") of 27551 Elena Road, Los Altos Hills, California, do hereby
grant to the Town of Los Altos Hills, a general law city of the State of California, a
perpetual right and nonexclusive easement for equestrian, bicycle, and pedestrian
pathway purposes, together with a right of access thereto, on, under, over, and along
the real property situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, described more fully and shown as follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Owners shall not place any structures and/or improvements on said instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owners have executed this instrument.
