I have enclosed a copy" of the Resolution and signed documents for your records. The "Pathway Easement" has been forwarded to the Santa Clara County Recorder for recordation. Mendez and Cathy A. Mendez, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants, have offered to dedicate a pathway easement to the Town on the Lands of Mendez; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of Pathway Easement. { NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as f follows: j i . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of Pathway Easement on behalf of the public. 2.
