OF THE _., TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS TO SUMMARILY VACATE THE PATHWAY EASEMENT AND { THE PEDESTRIAN EQUESTRIAN EASEMENT ON LANDS OF LAUB WHEREAS, for the. benefit of thegeneral public, a pathway easement ("Original Pathway Easement") was originally dedicated over Parcel 1 as shown on that certain parcel map, which was filed for record in the Santa Clara County Recorder's Office on February 12, 1991, in Book 624 of Maps,Pages 8,9,10; and WHEREAS, for the benefit of the general public, a pedestrian equestrian easement (Pedestrian Equestrian Easement) was dedicated over Lot One, as shown on the certain map entitled "Tract No. 6518", filed for record on August 27, 1979, in Book 441 of Maps, at pages 35 through 89, Santa Clara County Records; and WHEREAS, Donald R. Laub and Julia M. Laub, Trustees of the Laub Family Trust Agreement dated May 16, 1997, the current owners ("Owners") of the property commonly known as 28140 Story Hill Lane, Los Altos Hills, California ("Property"), have requested that a portion of the Original Pathway Easement be summarily vacated because it will be superseded by relocation; and WHEREAS, Owners have requested that the Pedestrian Equestrian Easement be summarily vacated, because it will be superceded by relocation; and WHEREAS, concurrently herewith, the Owners will dedicate to the Town a new pathway easement over the Property ("New Pathway Easement"), which offer will be accepted by the Town at this time; and N:\DATA\Clients\L\LAH\Prolects\Laub\Sum-Vac.
