HomeMy WebLinkAbout21-23RESOLUTION 21-23 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2022-23 OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills adopted the 2022-23 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budget on June 16, 2022; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved decrease in General Fund revenue budget by $898,00 for License & Permits and an decrease of General Fund expenditure budget for development review in the amount of $269,000, increase of $70,000 for Reach Codes, and City Attorney fees of $200,000, totaling an increase of $1,000; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved increasing the Capital expenditure budget of $50,000 for the City Council AV system; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved an allocation of $200,000 from the Disaster Contingency Reserve and appropriate to the Emergency Operations Project -SCC Atmospheric River #1. WHEREAS, as detailed in the accompanying Staff Report and the 2022-23 mid -year financial update, a few budget adjustments are necessary to accomplish the Town's day-to-day operations and capital projects; and WHEREAS, total impact on Town funds are as follow: Account Fund Increase/ Reduce Reduce Revenue -License & Permit Revenue General Fund (011) (803,000) Reduce Revenue -Charges for Services General 'Fund 011 95,000 Reduce Expenditure -Planning & Building -Development Review General Fund (0 11) (269,000) Increase Expenditure -Planning & Building -Reach Codes General Fund (0 11) 70,000 Increase Expenditures -City Attorney General Fund 011 200,000 Increase Capital Projects Capital Fund 041 50,000 Allocate from Disaster Contingency Reserve EOC-SCC Atmospheric River #1 200,000 NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby resolve to amend the 2022-23 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budget.
