HomeMy WebLinkAbout70-23RESOLUTION 70-23 RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED POSITION DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE JOB CLASSIFICATIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIRECTOR AND ASSISTANT TO THE CITY MANAGER WHEREAS, periodically updating position descriptions is necessary to ensure they reflect the duties of that job classification; and WHEREAS, with a vacancy in the Administrative Services Director position and the Assistant to the City Manager currently being filled on a provisional basis, the opportunity exists to review and update those position descriptions; and WHEREAS, the Administrative Services Director position description was updated to clarify job responsibilities, particularly as it relates to the human resources function; and WHEREAS, the Assistant to the City Manager position description was updated to, among other things, add responsibilities of emergency preparedness and information services. NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves revised position descriptions for the job classifications of Administrative Services Director and Assistant to the City Manager. The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on 17th of August 2023 by the following vote: AYES: Swan, Mok, Schmidt, Tankha, Tyson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None By: Linda G.
