RESOLUTION 94-23 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 12863 LA BARRANCA ROAD SANITARY SEWER MAIN EXTENSION AND THE SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND DEDICATION AGREEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to Los Altos Hills Municipal Code Section 6-4.446, sewer main facilities may be extended by an applicant in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City Engineer; and WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills received an application from the property owners at 12823 La Barranca Road for construction of the 12823 La Barranca Road Sanitary Sewer Main Extension at applicant's sole cost and expense for the benefit of applicant; and WHEREAS, the applicant desires to dedicate the 12823 La Barranca Road Sanitary Sewer Main Extension to the Town upon completion of installation; and WHEREAS, Town staff prepared the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the proposed work to ensure that the ownership and maintenance responsibilities of the newly constructed sewer are transferred to the Town; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the application and plans for the project, and recommends that the Council approve the application and the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the proposed sewer improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby: 1. Approve the application for construction of the 12823 La Barranca Road Sanitary Sewer Main Extension. 2. Approve the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the 12823 La Barranca Road Sanitary Sewer Main Extension. The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 19t' day of October 2023 by the following vote: AYES: Swan, Mok, Schmidt, Tankha, Tyson NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None BY: Z -e, � Linda G.
