HomeMy WebLinkAbout66-24RESOLUTION 66-24 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION OF AN APPROVED BUILDING PERMIT FOR A NEW MAIN RESIDENCE BASEMENT AND A NEW POOL HOUSE CONVERSION TO AN ADU (LANDS OF CHELBXEIAH DELLO) WHEREAS, Chelbxeiah Dellc ("Owner") owns the property commonly known as 27800 Via Feliz, Los Altos Hills, California (APN 182-09-033); and WHEREAS, the building permits (#21224 and #21225) for a new main residence basement and a new pool house conversion to an ADU were issued on April 10, 2018, with reasonable conditions of approval; and WHEREAS, the permits expired on May 1, 2021, as the Town has adopted a Construction Time Limits Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Building Permits for new dwellings and remodels with additions with a project valuation of $1,000,001 and over at thirty-six (36) months; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the authority to grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension (EX24-21224 and EX24- 21225) of approved Building Permits (#21224 and #21225), subject to the originally adopted conditions. The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of November 2024, by the following vote: AYES: Mok, Schmidt, Swan, Tyson NOES: Tankha ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None TTEST: a Miller, City derk BY: Stanle ok, ayor
