HomeMy WebLinkAbout16-98 • RESOLUTION NO. 16-98 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHTS OF WAY ADJACENT TO PAGE MILL ROAD AND MOODY ROAD ON LANDS OF WILSON WHEREAS, WALTER W. WILSON and ELIZABETH L. WILSON, as Trustees of the Wilson Revocable Trust dated July 6, 1993 , have offered to dedicate rights of way to the Town of Los Altos Hills (the "Town") on Lands of Wilson adjacent to Page Mill Road and Moody Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that dedication of right of way. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows : • 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedications of property on Lands of Wilson for rights of way on behalf of the public. 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Rights of Way. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April , 1998 .
