RESOLUTION NO. 36-98
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
ON LANDS OF CHAN/PRIME HOME DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, PRIME HOME DEVELOPMENT, INC. , a. California
corporation, ("Prime Home") has offered to dedicate an easement to
the Town on the Lands of Chan/Prime Home Development; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered
that Grant of Pathway Easement .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as
follows :
1 . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby
accepts the Grant of Pathway Easement on behalf of the public .
2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of
Pathway Easement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June , 1998 .

GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
PRIME HOME DEVELOPMENT, INC. , a California corporation,
("Owner") of 12129 Oak Park Court, Los Altos Hills, California,
does hereby grant to the Town of Los Altos Hills, a general law
city of the State of California, a perpetual right and nonexclusive
easement for equestrian, bicycle, and pedestrian pathway purposes,
together with a right of access thereto, on, under, over, and along
the real property situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, described more fully as
follows :
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
Owner shall not place any structures and/or improvements on
said easement .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owner has executed this instrument .

THE NORTHWEST PROPERTY CORNER LYING WITHIN THE NORTHERLY
PORTION OF LOT 2, AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN MAP ENTITLED " TRACT
NO. 8489 BEING A RESUBDIVISION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 6649920V2 OF LOTS 8,13 & 14 & A PORTION OF OAK PARK COURT
AS PER OF TRACT NO. 8331, BOOK 620 OF MAPS, PAGES 26 THROUGH 39,
SANTA CLARA COUNTY RECORDS,LYING ENTIRELY WITHIN THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS, SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" WHICH SAID MAP
WAS FILED FOR RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF
THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ON NOVEMBER 14,
1991 IN BOOK 632 OF MAPS AT PAGES 13 TO 15, INCLUSIVE, SAID
NORTHERLY PORTION OF LOT 2, SAID EASEMENT BEING 30 FEET WIDE
LYING 15 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE CENTERLINE OF WHICH IS MORE
