RESOLUTION NO. 53-98
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
ON LANDS OF YANEZ
WHEREAS, LUIS M. YANEZ and GEORGINA C_. YANEZ, husband and wife
as joint tenants, ("Yanez" ) have offered to dedicate an easement to
the Town on the Lands of Yanez; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered
that Grant of Storm Drain Easement .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as
follows :
1 . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby
accepts the Grant of Storm Drain Easement on behalf of the public .
2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of
Storm Drain Easement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August , 1998.

GRANT OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
LUIS M. YANEZ and GEORGINA C. YANEZ, husband and wife as joint
tenants ("Owners") of 26242 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills,
California, do hereby grant to the Town of Los .Altos Hills, a
• general law city of. the State of California, a perpetual right and
nonexclusive easement for the purpose of constructing, installing,
using, maintaining, and repairing a storm drain system and, related
facilities, together with a right of access thereto, on, under,
over, and along the real property situated in the Town of Los Altos
Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described more
fully as follows :
See Exhibit A attached hereto 'and made a part
hereof.
The above-mentioned easement shall remain open and free from
all structures and improvements .
