HomeMy WebLinkAbout55-98 • . N • • • • RESOLUTION NO. 55-98 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING GRANT OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT ON LANDS OF PEFLEY WHEREAS, DAVID L. PEFLEY and SHIRLEY L. PEFLEY, Trustees, The Pefley Family Trust dated February 6, 1997, ("Pefley") have offered to dedicate an easement to the Town on the Lands of Pefley; and WHEREAS, the. City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of Storm Drain Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of Storm Drain Easement on behalf of the public. 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Storm Drain Easement. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August , 1998 .
