For the Benefit of the E0014379866A AMT opI PA I D Town of Los Altos Hills And is Exempt from Fee BRENDA DAV I S RDE # 003 Per Government Code SANTA CLARA COUNTY RECORDER 9/09/1998 Sections 6103 and 27383 Recorded at the request of 8:56 AM City WHEN RECORDED, MAIL TO: Town of Los Altos Hills 26379 Fremont Road Los Altos Hills, CA 94022 Attention: City Clerk RESOLUTION NO. 70-98 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS CLARIFYING THE DESIGNATION OF MORGAN MANOR AS A HISTORICAL LANDMARK WHEREAS, Title 11 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code establishes a procedure for the designation and preservation of historical landmarks within the Town of Los Altos Hills; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Title 11, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills held a hearing and made findings supporting its decision to designate as a historical landmark the property of Victor Meshkovsky and Jacy Meshkovsky, located at 12335 Stonebrook Court (APN 336-28-059) , described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and also known as Morgan Manor; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Title 11, after holding a hearing and making findings, the City Council now wishes to clarify that the Town' s landmark designation refers only to the original historical residence of approximately 20, 000 square feet located at 12335 Stonebrook Court (APN 336-28-059) , and not to the land surrounding the residence.
