RESOLUTION NO. 70-98
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS CLARIFYING THE DESIGNATION OF MORGAN
MANOR AS A HISTORICAL LANDMARK
WHEREAS, Title 11 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code
establishes a procedure for the designation and preservation of
historical landmarks within the Town of Los Altos Hills; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Title 11, the City Council of the
Town of Los Altos Hills held a hearing and made findings supporting
its decision to designate as a historical landmark the property of
Victor Meshkovsky and Jacy Meshkovsky, located at 12335 Stonebrook
Court (APN 336-28-059) , described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, and also known as Morgan
Manor; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Title 11, after holding a hearing
and making findings, the City Council now wishes to clarify that
the Town' s landmark designation refers only to the original
historical residence of approximately 20, 000 square feet located at
12335 Stonebrook Court (APN 336-28-059) , and not to the land
surrounding the residence.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the Town
of Los Altos Hills that this resolution supercedes Resolution
Number 7-93 passed and adopted February 17, 1993 , and recorded May
25, 1993 as Document No. 11922312 in the Official Records of Santa
Clara County and that the Town' s landmark designation applies only
to the original historical residence of approximately 20, 000 square
feet located at 12335 Stonebrook Court (APN 336-28-059) , and not
to the land surrounding the structure.

Beginning at the common corner of Lots 6, 7, 11 and 12, as said lots are shown
upon that map above referred to; running thence from said point of beginning,
North 78° 06' 20" East and along the dividing line between said Lots 6 and 7,
for a distance of 313.50a point feet to in the Westerly line of that certain
4.20 acre tract of land described in the deed from Ray Owen Wood, et ux to
Thomas Percy Loach, et ux, dated December 21, 1950 and recorded December 22,
1950 in Book 2122 Official Records, page 42, Santa Clara County Records; running
• thence South 0° 34' 10" East along last named line, for a distance of 140.12
