Cot,munication dated January 6, 1367 from the Associated Civil enginaers and Land Surveyors of Santa Clara County, Ordinance Committee, 347 Commercial Street, San Jose, California requesting agendas of hearings proposing new or revisad sabdivision regulations and stoning ordinances. Chairr,an Hibnar ordered that this request be complied with. 2. Copy of communication dated January 5, 1967 to Mr. Harry P. Schmidt, Chain an Advisory Commitc O, Pastor Plan - Scanic Highways, from Commissioner '?altar A. Benson requesting conditions or requirsmznts imposed on a city designating a scenic highway and dedication o" scenic corridors. Ordinance No. 117, amending Ordinance No. 116, relating to the amount of land to be da'icaton and the amount of fen to be paid in lion of land dedication. Since Ordinances Nos. 115 and 117 will be a part of the Chcck Lrst, and tea requirements will bz spelled out to the subdivider, Choir -no Aibnar ordered a study and discussion of the above ordinances. Cornissioner Hibnor agreed, but toat it should be put to a veto to the whole Town. Mrs. N. E.
