HomeMy WebLinkAbout01-97 • Am, RESOLUTION NO. 1-97 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ON LANDS OF CODISPOTI AND SCHROEDER WHEREAS, KENNETH L. SCHROEDER and FRANCES M. CODISPOTI, as Co- Trustees of the Schroeder Family Trust, UDT Dated February 11, 1982, have offered to dedicate an easement to the Town on the Lands of Codispoti and Schroeder; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered - that Grant of Sahitary Sewer-Easement. - NOW, ewer-Easement. -NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement on behalf of the public. 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January , 1997.
