RESOLUTION No. 104-05
A RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING A REVISED FEE SCHEDULE
TO BE EFFECTIVE ON JANUARY 2,2006
WHEREAS,the last revision to the Town's fee schedule was approved November 4,
2004, and;
WHEREAS, Council has directed staff to review and revise the amounts charged for fees
and to structure such fees in a reasonable, consistent and systematic basis;
NOW THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby
approve and adopt the attached revised schedule of"Fees, Deposits, Charges for
Services, and Other Assessments (Attachment I)."
FURTHER RESOLVED that the attached revised schedule of"Fees, Deposits, Charges
for Service and Other Assessments"will become effective on January 2, 2006.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day o ovember, 2005.
